Joining Chintimini Kennel Club can be done with an on-line entry form. Click here to complete an application. Before applying you must attend one member meeting or volunteer on one of our AKC sponsored events.

Reimbursement Information

There are two club reimbursement forms:

Use the form: Club Expense Form for reimbursments for expenses to support non-Event activities.
For reimbursment for expenses associated with the Conformation Show, the B-Match, and Lure Coursing Events use the form: Event Expense Form.
