I will be sure to include that subject line in any emails requesting payment, thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Subject: Check requests "CKC Check Request"

It would be supremely helpful for me if emails regarding check requests had CKC Check Request - Subject in the subject line and complete information. I have a treasure trove of emails both for work and personal each day, so filtering by subject line keeps me on top of getting payments sent out in orderly fashion. Usually can sort out all the information needed but sometimes it is a round or two of emails back and forth that takes up time on everyone's calendar.

Made up example email that is the same light as some I receive:

  Subject: Payment
Body: Attached invoice for a rental car/etc. Bonus points if from someone that I'm sure is well known in the dog community but that I've never met or heard of or know what they did for the club.
  Thank you

Preferred format that has all the information I need to send check out:

Subject: CKC Check Request - Judge Travel
Body: Send check to Joe Schmo at 1234 Apple Street, Corvallis OR 97339. This is for judge travel for our July CAT event. See invoice attached.
  Thank you

I've sent to this group only because I get most of the check/payment requests from you but please feel free to forward as needed. Certainly not a target of any one person, it's more my need to organize to keep my mind on track. Honestly just including the CKC Check Request in the subject line would be a tremendous step forward for me, so I appreciate your help with this.

Thank you!
